DIMAS Opens Help Desk at MFA Noord to Bring Services Closer to the Community
ORANJESTAD – The Department of Integration, Management and Admission of Foreigners (DIMAS) announces that its Help Desk will temporarily operate from MFA Noord during this period. Services at this location will be available exclusively to individuals with a confirmed appointment.

To ensure continuity of services and minimize inconvenience for customers with scheduled appointments, DIMAS has established a temporary Help Desk location at MFA Noord.
This temporary relocation also provides DIMAS with a valuable opportunity to evaluate and test a service delivery model that brings government services closer to the community.
During the pilot period, DIMAS will assess the customer experience, the accessibility of the location, and the potential for expanding services to various neighborhoods in the future. The goal is to make government services more accessible, convenient, and user-friendly for the public.
Beginning Thursday, June 18, individuals with Help Desk appointments at MFA Noord will be assisted according to their confirmed schedules. DIMAS kindly requests that only individuals with appointments visit the temporary location to ensure an orderly and efficient service process.
At the same time, DIMAS continues to work actively to ensure uninterrupted service delivery and is evaluating various initiatives that may contribute to the further modernization of its services for the benefit of the community.
DIMAS thanks the public for its cooperation and looks forward to continuing to improve public services so they better meet the needs of the community in everyday life.
