Scol Practico pa Ofishi now with 4th and 5th-grade classes
ORANJESTAD – Recently, the Minister of Education and Sports, Endy Croes, visited Scol Practico pa Ofishi (SPO), where the Director of SPO Brazil, Marc Thiel, along with teacher Greta, gave the minister a tour of the school.
This school year, for the first time in history, 4th and 5th grades have been introduced at SPO. Previously, the studies at SPO only went up to 3rd grade. With this change, students who are still too young to enter the labor market can continue their studies and better prepare themselves.
Three (3) groups started this year at ABO 1 level: a Hospitality group, a Construction group, and a group for Job Preparation. Additionally, the director of SPO announced that they are ready to begin the two-year program that will certify students at ABO 1 level.
