Quality Institute of Health Care (KIG) launches new website and digital portal 'AruREG.'

From February 2, 2026, the website www.kig.aw is officially active. The website has been established as KIG's central platform for information on quality in health care in Aruba, including relevant standards, guidelines, laws, and regulations. It is possible to submit registration applications digitally through the website.For health professionals, this is done through the AruREG portal.

With the launch of the AruREG portal, KIG will discontinue the single digital form that was previously used for professional applications. The new portal environment ensures a more efficient and transparent process. Applicants can manage their own files and track the status of their applications in real time.

Currently, the portal is exclusively for new registration applications for the five legally recognized professional groups: doctors, pharmacists, physiotherapists, dentists, and midwives. When laws and regulations for additional professional groups come into effect, the AruREG portal will be expanded gradually.

The launch of www.kig.aw and the AruREG portal is only the beginning. KIG will continue to enhance the website and portal to improve the provision of information, services, and support for quality healthcare in Aruba, within its legal mandate.
