Prosecutor's Office auctions 20 boats on November 6, 2024.

ORANJESTAD - Approximately twenty boats that are kept at the Marinierskazerne (Marine Barracks) in Savaneta will be put up for sale by the prosecutor's office on Wednesday, November 6, 2024.
These will be sold to the highest bidder.
As with sales in previous years, you must register in advance with the prosecutor's office.
In doing so, you must adhere to the following:
- You may register with the prosecutor's office at ann.angela@omaruba.aw until Friday, October 25. In addition, you can call Ms. Angela at the OM at tel. 521-4135.
- Registration is closed after October 25.
- When registering, please include your:
- First name;
- Last name;
- Date of birth;
- Country of birth;
- Identity number (from your ID card, passport, or driver's license);
- Phone number.
- Only persons pre-registered are permitted to report on November 6, 2024, at 9 AM at the barracks gate to view the boats and submit a written bid.
- You must bring the same ID you presented when registering. You will not be permitted entrance if you do not have it with you.
- Children are not permitted inside.
- The highest bidder per boat will be notified as soon as possible.
- After that, they can pay the purchase price by transferring the amount. You can only pay by bank transfer. Swiping or cash payment is not possible.
- The boats will be released once the buyer's identification, the purchase contract, and proof of payment have been presented.
- The buyer will be informed when they can pick up the boat. The Prosecutor's Office does not guarantee the condition of the boat. The sale is made “as is, where is.
- The buyer is responsible for transportation.
