Presentation of the results of the study on Utilities Aruba N.V. and Aruba Wastewater Sustainable Solutions (AWSS).
ORANJESTAD—On February 26, 2026, Joseph Everon, director of Utilities Aruba N.V., gave a presentation to members of the Aruba Financial Supervision Council.
The Minister of Justice, Integration, Public Transport and Energy, Mr. Arthur Dowers, also attended the presentation, where Mr. Everon explained the results of the recent review conducted at Utilities Aruba N.V. and Aruba Wastewater Sustainable Solutions (AWSS).
During the meeting, he also presented the plans based on the study's recommendations. The goal is clear: to address the identified shortcomings and lay a structural foundation for the future, both for AWSS and for Utilities Aruba N.V.
