Parcels for Carnival 72
ORANJESTAD – The Department of Infrastructure and Planning (DIP) informs the public that from Monday, January 5 through Thursday, January 8, 2026, application forms for Carnival parcels will be available for completion and submission.
Application Procedure
All interested parties are required to fully complete the application form and submit it in person at the DIP office.
Office hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The application form may be downloaded and must be printed in four (4) copies. All four copies must be completed accurately and in full. After completion, the form must be cut into four sections.
A postage stamp with a value of AWG 4.00 must be affixed to each application. Postage stamps are available at Aruba’s post office for 4 florins.
Completed applications must be deposited in the designated box located at the DIP service counter in the lobby of the Infrastructure Building at Sabana Blanco 68.
Applicants are advised to verify that their application is complete and accurate prior to submission. Incomplete or incorrectly completed applications will be deemed invalid.
Media and Foundations
Media organizations and foundations are also required to submit their official application letters at the DIP office between Monday, January 5 and Thursday, January 8, 2026. For these applicants, the “first in, first out” (FIFO) principle will apply.
