Painting Green Perspective presented to the National Library of Aruba.
ORANJESTAD - Recently, artist, printmaker, and textile designer Elisa Lejuez-Peters donated a painting titled 'Green Perspective' to the National Library.
The painting is in striking colors that catch everyone's attention. This work conveys a sense of life and beauty both underwater and on land, brought together in a composition that resembles two different landscapes merging into one. Elisa uses various techniques to create a composition of patterns, figures, and shapes. One of these techniques is screen printing.
This painting is a gift in the context of the '75 years celebration of the National Library in Aruba next Tuesday, August 20. Elisa Lejuez-Peters (born in 1973) has her studio at Malmokweg 42 in Aruba, where she works and gives workshops.
Elisa has a master's degree in art and worked for various companies producing textiles before establishing herself in Aruba. You can see Elisa's work at different companies and hotels around Aruba.
