Opening of One of a Kind Café at MFA Paradera
ORANJESTAD – On Friday, September 26th, the One of a Kind Café was officially opened at MFA Paradera.
This initiative is much more than a café: it is a symbol of hope, opportunity, and inclusivity.
The café offers people with disabilities the opportunity to develop their talents, learn new skills, and work with pride in an environment where they experience value and appreciation.
Special thanks go to Trampolin pa Trabao, the mentors, supervisors, and all community partners. Thanks to their dedication, passion, and commitment, this inspiring project became a reality. Without their belief in human potential, this would not have been possible.
One of a Kind Café exemplifies the remarkable outcomes that can occur when the community collaborates with the private sector. Aruba is a place that welcomes everyone, affirming that each individual is truly “One of a Kind.” The Minister of Health, Social Affairs, Elderly Care, and Addiction Care, Ms. Mervin Wyatt-Ras, emphasized her commitment to promoting inclusivity and respect in all areas of our society. She emphasized that every individual must have the opportunity to grow and contribute.
The Ministry congratulates Trampolin pa Trabao, MFA Paradera, and everyone involved in this project and wishes the new café much success.
The entire community is encouraged to visit the One of a Kind Café, support the talents showcased there, and come together to enjoy and celebrate this unique venue.
