New books for all Children at the National Library
ORANJESTAD - Recently, representatives of Biblionef in Aruba, Mrs. Carla van Eerden and Mrs. Sandra Postma, handed over a new shipment of books for babies and children to Mrs. Michelle Thiel-Roos, head of the Catalog Department of the National Library.
The youth library offers children in Aruba a significant collection of books, with books available for children of all ages. The new collection includes books for babies and children aged 6 to 8 and is available to all members of the National Library. Membership is free for babies, children, and young people under 18.
Biblionef is an organization that works worldwide to promote reading and let all children experience the joy of reading. Biblionef focuses on children who do not have easy access to books and works in collaboration with libraries. Biblionef Aruba has been distributing books to schools in Aruba for over 20 years.
