More than 130 letters of intent signed at Agroalimentaria 2025 by the Aruban delegation

ORANJESTAD— A trade delegation of 30 entrepreneurs from Aruba attended the Agrofood 2025 conference in the Dominican Republic and successfully secured over 130 "letters of intent" to import various products, including fruit, vegetables, avocados, eggs, and flour.

Of all the countries that attended the Agrofood 2025 conference, Aruba signed the most "Letter of Intent" between the traders of Aruba and the Dominican Republic.

With this development and also the recent news that a logistics company, Don Andres, which operates transport ships in the Caribbean, is expanding its service by consolidating the goods in the warehouses of Don Andres, customers can optimize their supply chain and take advantage of shipping solutions adapted to their specific needs, according to Minister of Finance, Economic Affairs, and Primary Sector Geoffrey Wever.

Minister Wever expresses his gratitude and congratulations to the trade delegation of Aruba and the Department of Economic Affairs, Commerce, and Industry (DEACI), especially to Mrs. Sharon Meijer, for their exceptional efforts during the Agrofood Fair 2025 in the Dominican Republic.
