This is an old post.

ORANJESTAD: Recently, Minister of Education and Sport, Endy Croes, along with Attorney and Government Advisor mr. Andin Bikker, and mr. Jessica Winterdaal, Legislative Lawyer of the Aruba Quality Institute, met with representatives of Xavier University School of Medicine Aruba, Dr. Arun Dubey, Chief Academic Officer, and Frank Croes, a board member of Xavier University.

Xavier University School of Medicine Aruba is a recognized and accredited university by the ACCM. In recent years, it invested over 70 million US dollars in a state-of-the-art educational facility in Shaba and offers the Medical Doctor (MD) program to international students.

After completing their studies in Aruba, the students continue with their specialization for 3, 5, or 7 years in the United States. Some states in the United States have specific legal requirements where students must prove they completed their studies at a recognized university.

They discussed technical and legal issues of how the government can assist Xavier University and all other universities in meeting all standards when students enter the United States to complete their studies.
