Kaba ta kuminsa (Endlessly Giving Again): a Curaçaoan Poetry Collection for the Library

ORANJESTAD – The National Library has received a special bilingual poetry collection featuring works by nine Curaçaoan poets, titled Kaba ta kuminsa (Endlessly Giving Again).

The collection was edited by Nifa Ansano and Juan-Carlos Goilo, and illustrated by Alejandra Cijntje, who is both a poet and an illustrator.

One of the contributors is Katiuska Quiñones. The National Library of Aruba invited her to participate in this year’s Children’s Book Festival. Katiuska is a multi-talented artist and will be giving several presentations at schools this week. The library is delighted with her visit and her interactive sessions for children. Katiuska has a special way of capturing the children’s attention and engaging them in conversation.

Kaba ta kuminsa (Endlessly Giving Again) includes poems by the following authors:
Alejandra Cijntje, Christine Krolis, Dilara Tramm, Katiuska Quiñones, Mayrond van Lamoen, Nataly Burgzorg, Ralph Winedt, Ruthvienca Pietersz and Vesuhely Americaan.
