Increase in social welfare for people with disabilities

The budget surplus for 2024 created financial room to help various groups in our community, such as retirees, civil servants, and foundations that have received indexing. The group includes persons with disabilities.

In the history of welfare benefits for people with disabilities, there have only been three increases, namely in 2004, 2007, and 2013. As of July 1, 2024, the welfare benefits for people with disabilities will increase by Awg. 130,00, bringing the total to 1080 florins per month. They will receive the Awg. 130,00 increase retroactively. Therefore, in addition to the 1080 florins in September, they will also receive the Awg. 130,00 increase for July and August 2024.
