Governor visits Aruba Foundation for Elderly Care (S.A.B.A.)
ORANJESTAD - On Thursday morning, January 29th, the Governor of Aruba, His Excellency Alfonso Boekhoudt, visited the nursing home of the Aruba Foundation for Elderly Care (S.A.B.A.) in Oranjestad.
During the working visit, the Governor received a tour and a presentation on S.A.B.A.'s working methods and discussed the importance of elderly care in Aruba.
S.A.B.A. is responsible for the daily care of the residents. This enables families to continue working and contributing to the Aruban economy, knowing that their loved ones are safe and supported. S.A.B.A. also creates opportunities for students to learn, grow, and build intergenerational bonds, strengthening care for the future.
