Governor receives two members of the Aruba Monument Fund Foundation
ORANJESTAD – On Wednesday, January 14th, the Governor of Aruba, His Excellency Alfonso Boekhoudt, received two members of the Aruba Monument Fund Foundation for an audience.
The attendees were outgoing director Ms. Anne Witsenburg and her successor Ms. Petra Davis.
During the meeting, current and future renovation projects of the Aruba Monument Fund Foundation and the importance of adequate protection of Aruba's monumental heritage were discussed.
The Aruba Monument Fund Foundation primarily finances the restoration and maintenance of protected monuments. It is an important financial institution for Aruba in the field of heritage preservation.
