ORANJESTAD - The Department of Economic Affairs, Trade and Industry (DEACI), through its Exprodesk unit, is announcing the 3-day workshop "The Global Client Blueprint: Exporting Your Services Beyond Aruba". The workshop focuses on helping professionals and service providers in Aruba, understand how they can offer their knowledge, experience, and expertise to international clients. Participation is completely free!

During three days, the participant will gain practical knowledge in essential areas to explore international opportunities in the service sector. By combining practical knowledge with expert guidance, the workshop will help the participant understand how their expertise can become a real opportunity for international growth.
Brief details of the event:
Day 1 (June 22, 6 pm-8 pm) - Your Expertise has a Global Market
The participant will explore how they can position their professional skills and knowledge-based services in the international marketplace. It will also provide information on new opportunities that Aruba offers to provide professional services from the Free Zone.
Day 2 (June 23, 6 pm-8 pm) - Packaging, Pricing & Selling your expertise internationally
This session will focus on how professionals can structure their service into a clear offer and sell their expertise to international clients. The participant will learn about different models, such as project, retainer, subscription, and pricing for the international market, in addition to basic considerations of contracting and service delivery.
Day 3 (June 24, 6 pm-8 pm) - Finding Clients & Moving Forward with Confidence
The final day will focus on practical strategies to reach international clients, including networking, digital platforms, and partnerships. The participant will depart with clarity on the necessary steps to follow to position their service internationally.
