DVG reminds all people working in the hospitality industry to download the Aruba Health App
ORANJESTAD – The Department of Public Health (DVG) reminds it customers that the Health Certificate (formerly the "green card") service will soon be available to customers through the Aruba Health App.
Starting September 15, all individuals working in the hospitality industry (food and beverage) who require a health certificate to perform their work can easily, quickly, and always access their certificate through the Aruba Health App.
Those who do not have a smartphone or prefer not to receive their health certificate through the Aruba Health App can still collect it in person from the DVG's Department of Goods Inspection and Hygiene, in paper form, ten business days after requesting it.
The Department of Public Health recommends that anyone who requires a health certificate for their work download the Aruba Health App in advance and complete the registration process as soon as possible. Please take your time to do this carefully.
For now, the health certificate can only be obtained through the Aruba Health App. You must still submit applications for a health certificate in person to the Department of Goods Inspection and Hygiene of the DVG, Monday through Thursday, 7:45–11:45 AM and 1:15–3:30 PM.
The Aruba Health App meets all security requirements to ensure user privacy and data protection.
