Dutch Police Chief Janny Knol Visits Aruba

ORANJESTAD—The Aruba Police Force recently had the pleasure of welcoming Janny Knol, Chief of the Dutch National Police, and her team for a special working visit to the island.

Minister of Justice Arthur Dowers welcomed the Chief of Police at his ministry, where they engaged in several discussions. These discussions focused on enhancing international cooperation and strengthening the partnerships between the Aruba Police Force and the Netherlands.

During their stay, they visited various police stations and had the opportunity to learn about Aruban culture, the local community, and daily police work in Aruba. This visit strengthened existing ties between the two police forces and provided an opportunity for a valuable exchange of knowledge and experiences.

In addition to meeting with the Minister of Justice and the police stations, the Chief of Police also visited the Attorney General of Aruba.
