ATIA receives a report on the work done within the framework of the Landspakket.
ORANJESTAD – On September 13, 2024, ATIA received a report on the work that Aruba has carried out within the framework of the Landspakket.
Through an informative session, various coordinators responsible for the financial reforms, the social safety net, the labor market, and the governmental apparatus topics met to discuss the ongoing work and the projects planned for the future.
Representing Aruba at the meeting were the Director Derrick Werleman, Emeliën Kelly from Department of Finance, Indra Zaandam from TWO-AUA, Roraima Arends from TWO-AUA, Human Resources Department Director Omaira Lares, Ghislaine Gomes and Marylou Tromp from DRH, Glendeline Croes from the Ministry of Labor, Energy and Integration, and Yvonne Lee-Perez from the Department of Labor (DAO).
Each person responsible for the respective topics provided a report on the ongoing work. They explained the Landspakket process and the roles of entities such as TWO Aruba and TWO Netherlands.
They also paid attention to the structure and governance, as well as the reporting system, in which, in this case, the implementation agenda indicates the planned trajectories and the implementation report provides insight into the performance of the projected projects.
