Acting Governor receives delegation from the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

ORANJESTAD – On Thursday, October 2nd, the Acting Governor of Aruba, H.E. Agustin Vrolijk, met with a delegation from the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

Mr. Marco Arena, Mr. Justin Thyme, Ms. Olga Bespalova, and Mr. Michiel van Aarnhem were present at the meeting.

The IMF delegation is in Aruba from September 23rd to October 6th as part of an "Article IV mission," which focuses on current and future fiscal, monetary, and economic developments. The IMF regularly conducts missions to its various member states. These are essentially assessments of the health of the economy of the respective country.
