Workshop series specially designed for young adults aged 18 to 35: ‘Young Entrepreneurship 2026’
ORANJESTAD – The Directorate of Economic Affairs, Commerce and Industry, through its department IDEA (Iniciativa pa Desaroyo pa Empresa Arubano / Initiative for the Development of Aruban Enterprises), is organizing a workshop series on "Young Entrepreneurship."
These workshops are part of the policy of the Ministry of Finance, Economic Affairs, and Primary Sector aimed at stimulating entrepreneurship.
This interactive workshop series is specifically designed for young adults between the ages of 18 and 35, including students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and individuals exploring an entrepreneurial path. The sessions provide practical knowledge, personal development, and essential business skills to support participants in their education, career, business, or entrepreneurial journey.
The three-day workshop covers the following topics:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Your Business – Participants will acquire foundational and practical knowledge on how to responsibly utilize AI tools in their business operations.
- Building Business Connections – This interactive workshop spans two days and covers the following aspects:
o How to build authentic relationships for personal and professional growth.
o Participants will practice communication skills and draft a personal action plan to build sustainable, long-lasting relationships.
The focus of these sessions is entirely on personal development, forming authentic connections, and effective networking in the business world.
