Warranty Letter Application 2026
ORANJESTAD — The Aruba Department of Immigration informs that applications for warranty (invitation) letters for the month of December 2026 can be submitted starting October 1, 2026.
A warranty declaration (invitation letter) is a statement in which you provide financial guarantee for an individual visiting Aruba for a short period (maximum 30 days). A guarantee letter is required if the visitor does not have sufficient income of their own.
- Important deadline: Tuesday, December 8, 2026, is the final day to submit guarantee letter applications for the year 2026.
- After this date, only guarantee declarations for the year 2027 will be processed.

- Sending it via email to: garantie@dga.aw
- Dropping it off in person at: J.G. Emanstraat 39

- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday:
o 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM
o 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM - Wednesday:
o Open mornings only from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Holiday Closures
The Aruba Immigration Office at J.G. Emanstraat 39 will be closed to the public starting December 24, 2026, and will reopen on Monday, January 4, 2027.
