VOG: Call for students

This is an old post.

ORANJESTAD - The Public Prosecutor's Office is calling on persons who still want to settle in the Netherlands and other foreign countries this summer to apply for the Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) in time.

Especially students who may need a VOG to, for example, enroll in school or get a side job. The decision on behalf of the VOG takes two weeks or 14 days, so it is crucial to apply for the certificate well over two weeks before the departure date.

You can apply for the VOG at www.omaruba.com, the website of the public prosecutor's office. The cost is 40 florin.

Again, keep in mind that the decision takes two weeks. So do not wait too long to apply!
