The Minister Plenipotentiary, as Aruba's representative in the United States, supports Aruba and identifies opportunities for Aruba in all areas. She works at the Embassy of the Kingdom in Washington, DC. One of its tasks is the training of young people. America still feels like an expensive country to study and challenging to intern in. However, the correct information shows that it should not be so. In addition, there are various opportunities for professionals who want to enrich their careers. Countries usually try to stimulate the presence of their professionals in international organizations because these are the ones who identify opportunities for the development of their country.

In the past, Minister Plenipotentiary organized a Peer-to-Peer Conversation with Education USA for students going to the United States. She also worked with the University of Aruba to provide GMO students with a complete program during their visit to Washington, DC, this past June. The intention is to facilitate more training sessions.
