ORANJESTAD -The Tax Department recently organized an informative morning for a group of people who have just started operating a taxi business.
During the meeting, our control team provided information to the new taxi drivers about income tax, BBO/BAVP/BAZV, and the premiums of AOV/AWW and AZV. They emphasized the importance of effective administration and the creation of a straightforward annual account that aligns with the scale of their business. This is an obligation for all those who have a business, not to mention the importance of making declarations and paying taxes on time.
It was a fruitful meeting, and we can say that the taxi drivers were very interested in learning the subjects mentioned. The DIMP team gladly answered the questions they had and provided the registration service for their taxi business.
These taxi drivers need to have a good start, and therefore, the DIMP team is there for them, providing training with concrete and specific information.
