Special Workshop for Pensioners and Individuals Approaching Retirement Age (60+)
ORANJESTAD – The Department of Economic Affairs, Commerce and Industry (DEACI), through its IDEA unit, is organizing for the sixth time its popular workshop designed specifically for pensioners and individuals who are approaching retirement.
This workshop is intended for those who wish to continue applying their professional experience by starting or developing their own business. It is also aimed at individuals who ask themselves: “How can I get started?” or “What can I do next?”, as well as entrepreneurs who already own a business and wish to continue growing and staying up to date with the latest developments.

During the two-day workshop, the following topics will be covered:
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) – Participants will have the opportunity to discover and explore the world of AI and learn how they can integrate this technology into their businesses.
• Motivating and Communicating Across Generations – Participants will gain insights into effective communication strategies and learn how to engage with different generations, including Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials (Generation Y), Generation Z, and Xennials.
