Sero Colorado Bunker Project
ORANJESTAD – The Department of Public Works (DOW) announces that the Sero Colorado Bunker project began on January 23, 2026.
The project includes the construction of a walkway between the coastal batteries located on the hill, and a concrete wall will be built in the central section to certify the location.
The contractor for this project, Van Kessel Havenbouw N.V., will have 60 working days to complete the project.
DOW requests that all persons and tour operators visiting the area be mindful of the ongoing work and refrain from entering the construction site.
