Result of Labor Force Survey 2024
ORANJESTAD - During the months of October-December 2024, the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), together with the Department of Labor and Research (DAO) and the Central Bank of Aruba (CBA), executed the Labor Force Survey 2024 (LFS2024).
The LFS2024 aims to obtain a detailed and current view of Aruba's labor market.
Attached is a chart illustrating the principal outcomes of our 2024 labor market.
- Employment: 60.8%
- Unemployment: 4.3%
- Economically inactive (student, pensioner, housewife): 36.5%
