Registration for a Certificate of Naturalization

ORANJESTAD – The Department of Education Aruba hereby announces that spaces are available for the naturalization exam, which will take place from November 3 through November 14, 2025.

You may register only if you are missing three or fewer exams required to obtain your certificate.

Please note: the number of available spaces is limited. Once capacity has been reached, registration will be closed.

Registration will open on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. through our website: www.ea.aw > naturalization exam

For this registration period (November 2025), only candidates with three or fewer missing exams are eligible. Candidates who are missing exactly three exams will not receive a quota for the November 2025 sessions and must wait until registration for 2026 opens.

Registration Procedure

  • Registration is online only; it is not possible to register at the counter or via e-mail (naturalisacion@ea.aw).
  • A Gmail address is required; other e-mail addresses cannot be used.

When registering, you must upload the following documents in PDF format:

  • A scan of a valid passport;
  • A scan of an extract from the Aruba Civil Registry (Census document of 5 florin, not older than 6 months);
  • A scan of the issued declaration(s);
  • A scan of a certificate obtained before 2010.

Only complete applications will be processed. After successful registration, the candidate will receive a confirmation e-mail stating that the application has been received and that their name has been added to the participant list for the November 2025 exam.
