Over the years, she has participated in numerous cultural projects, artistic events, and community initiatives, serving in roles such as master of ceremonies, project coordinator, and collaborator with several cultural organizations.
With a leadership style rooted in collaboration, open communication, and innovation, Lampe is dedicated to advancing education, culture, and the well-being of the Aruban community. Beginning September 1, she will continue that mission in her new role as Director of UNOCA.
The Union of Aruban Cultural Organizations (UNOCA) is responsible for managing Aruba's Cultural Fund.
