Opening of the third branch of 'Tienda Legal Laboral' at MFA Noord

This expansion is an important strategic step to bring services closer to citizens and reinforces DAO's mission to make labor law advice and preventive information more accessible across all neighborhoods in Aruba.

From conflict to prevention in your neighborhood

The opening and expansion of the 'Tienda Legal Laboral' represents a new and proactive way of working. While the focus previously centered primarily on resolving existing labor disputes, TLL now functions as a central information hub focused on prevention. By informing employees and employers about their rights and obligations at an early stage, TLL strives for a healthier, more transparent, and more balanced labor market in Aruba.

In addition to the locations at MFA Savaneta and MFA Paradera, the new location at MFA Noord (Caya Frans Figaroa Noord 70) is strategically positioned to provide accessible services within the Noord district.

Intake and services

Tienda Legal Laboral bases its services on five fundamental pillars: fair, professional, helpful, uniform, and accessible. Whether it concerns wage payments (including the minimum hourly wage), employment contracts, vacation time, or conflict mediation, TLL is ready to assist both employees and employers in a neutral and trusted environment.

TLL operates on an intake system. Citizens are helped immediately based on availability, or assisted in scheduling an appointment for another time if necessary.

Temporary relocation of Tienda Legal Laboral Savaneta

Due to major renovation work on the MFA Savaneta building, the TLL Savaneta team will temporarily operate out of the Departamento di Progreso Laboral (DPL) building in San Nicolas starting Tuesday, October 6.
