Minister of Justice Receives Introductory Visit from Head of Surveillance and Security at CEA
ORANJESTAD – The Minister of Justice, Mr. Arthur Dowers, recently received a visit from the director of the Cuerpo Especial Arubano (CEA), Richard Kramers, along with Richard Kelly.
The visit served to introduce Richard Kelly, who has taken up the position of Head of Surveillance and Security at CEA after serving 28 years in the Marine Corps.
During the meeting, discussions were held on the continued collaboration between the Ministry of Justice and CEA, focusing on safety, professionalization, and strengthening operational capabilities. Minister Dowers expressed his appreciation for the dedication and experience Kelly brings to the organization and emphasized the importance of strong leadership in ensuring public order and safety.
