Minister Croes Visits IPA

ORANJESTAD - Minister of Kingdom Relations, Education, Youth, Innovation and Sport Croes paid a working visit to the Aruba Pedagogical Institute (IPA). 

During the visit, she met with the management team and faculty to discuss the institute’s role in the development of Aruba’s education system.

Director-General drs. Marilyn Richardson provided an overview of current challenges and opportunities. Topics included the program offerings, the decline in student enrollment, and the language of instruction.

IPA is responsible for the training and professional development of teachers in Aruba. According to Minister Croes, continued collaboration between the government and educational institutions is essential to building a modern and inclusive education system.

The visit concluded with an agreement to maintain dialogue and work together on the ongoing transformation of Aruba’s education sector.
