Miel di abeha
ORANJESTAD—Genesis Gil Barrios presents his collection of poems at the National Library of Aruba on Wednesday, August 13.
The collection is entitled 'Miel di abeha (Bee Honey)' and the presentation is from 4 pm to 6 pm.
'Giraluna,' Genesis's affectionate name, is a young poet from Aruba. She currently lives in the Netherlands. Giraluna is an English teacher. Giraluna describes her collection of poems as "a collection of love written in Papiamento, for anyone who knows that sometimes love is language."
