ORANJESTAD -The holiday period is coming to an end, and school will soon resume, but before our children return to the school routine, the Aruba Department of Culture invites all children to register and participate in the Carousel of Expression, Talent, and Creativity, an artistic and multidisciplinary project in collaboration with Buki di Pret.
For whom?
"For all children eager to explore their talents and learn in a creative environment while appreciating our heritage and cultural identity."
Central theme: "Our House is Well Built." A space to discover potential, express identity, and build a bright future.
Date: August 15, 2025
Hours: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Location: John F. Kennedy Education Center
Final presentation for families and the public: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
Registration
Quotas are limited to 50 children, and participation is completely free.
Register during office hours at the John F. Kennedy Education Center, or call 582-2185.
There will be a teacher for each artistic discipline (dance, theater, visual arts, singing, and music) who will guide the children in different techniques until their final presentation. Children should bring comfortable clothes that can get dirty and paint on them, and a bottle of water.
