King's Day Celebration and the Youth Cup Governor Felipe B. Tromp's presentation

ORANJESTAD -The government of Aruba invites the people of Aruba to attend the King's Day celebration at Parke Wilhelmina this Saturday, April 26, starting at 8:30 am. 

The Governor of Aruba, H.E. Alfonso Boekhoudt, Ministers, Members of Parliament, and other guests will attend the official ceremony,

The celebration will open with a protocol act, including military inspection, and a speech by the Governor of Aruba, H.E. Alfonso Boekhoudt, followed by Speaker of Parliament Mr. Marlon Sneek and Prime Minister Mike Eman. Kids & Youth in Action, Reanne Ras, and Stephany Quandt will perform.

The activity will culminate with the Governor Felipe B. Tromp Youth Cup award presentation and medal for an Arumil member.

The government asks the public to be mindful of the traffic shift that will occur on this particular day between 7. am and 11 am. Traffic will be rerouted along Wilhelminastraat, downwards at the intersection of L.G. Smith Boulevard and Adriaan Lacle Blvd, and back down L.G. Smith Boulevard close to Royal Plaza. Traffic will be diverted southbound at the Ex-DOW intersection and L.G. Smith Boulevard near Irenestraat go up.
