Introduction of the Supervisory Board of Post Aruba N.V.

ORANJESTAD - On Wednesday, January 17, Minister of Economic Affairs, Communication, and Sustainable Development, Mr. Geoffrey Wever, introduced the new Supervisory Board (RvC) members of Post Aruba N.V.

Starting on February 1, 2024, the new members of the Supervisory Board of Post Aruba N.V. will assume their roles and consist of the following professionals: 
•    Mr. Antonio Carlo (Chairman of the Board);
•    Mr. Jacques van der Scheer (Vice Chairman); 
•    Mr. Edwin Tromp (Supervisor), and Mr. Henk Timmermans (Supervisor).
Mr. Antonio Carlo is an experienced lawyer, has his own law firm, and has served as a legal advisor for various companies and governments, with extensive experience as a board member.
Mr. Jacques van der Scheer works in the insurance industry and has extensive experience in business, organization, and management.
Mr. Edwin Tromp has over 48 years of experience in the banking and financial sector and has experience as a board member of various companies.
Mr. Henk Timmermans is a Registered Accountant with extensive experience in this field and the insurance industry, with a background in law and experience as a board member of various organizations.
Minister Wever thanked the outgoing Supervisory Board of Post Aruba N.V.: Mr. Theo Kock, Mr. Richenel Bello, Mr. Henry Baarh, and Mrs. Marline Pieters.
The new composition of the Supervisory Board of Post Aruba N.V. now consists of professionals in the fields of law, business, management, banking, finance, and accountancy, ready to tackle challenges and create new opportunities for Post Aruba N.V.
