Information on the establishment of the government organization presented to the Prime Minister and the President of the States

In addition to advising on legislation, the Advisory Council may also advise on subjects that, in its opinion, are of singular significance. The reason for this advice is the large number of corporatizations of government entities in the past on which the Council has advised and the corporatizations that will take place shortly. 

With this advice, the Advisory Council wishes to contribute to the discussion about the organization of the government as currently conducted in the context of the national package implementation. The Council makes concrete recommendations to reach a coherent and transparent government organization.
