Governor welcomes new CAft chair
ORANJESTAD - On Thursday, February 26th, the Aruba Financial Supervision Council (CAft) paid a working visit to the Governor of Aruba, His Excellency Alfonso Boekhoudt.
The visit was partly dedicated to the official introduction of the new chair, Mr. Hans Hoogervorst (see photo). Also present were Mr. Marion Agunbero – member nominated by Aruba, Mr. Paul Hilbers – member nominated by the Netherlands, and Mr. Han van Midden, secretary.
The CAft's objective is to achieve sustainable public finances in joint cooperation with the government of Aruba. The Council strives to make a positive contribution to good public governance and to increasing the prosperity and well-being of the people of Aruba.
