Governor receives the Dutch delegation of the Interparliamentary Kingdom Consultation (IPKO)

ORANJESTAD - On Wednesday, February 18, the Governor of Aruba, His Excellency Alfonso Boekhoudt, received 13 members of the Dutch delegation of the Interparliamentary Kingdom Consultation (IPKO) at the Cas Ceremonial di Gobernador. 

The IPKO delegation paid a courtesy visit to the Governor and was accompanied by a delegation from the Dutch Representation in Aruba.

The Dutch delegation of the IPKO, consisting of members of the Senate and House of Representatives, meets twice a year with the parliaments of Aruba, Curaçao, and Sint Maarten. They discuss current issues, exchange perspectives, and strengthen cooperation within the Kingdom with the aim of finding solutions to issues that affect all four countries, such as socio-economic issues, good governance, and education.
