Governor hands over Royal Decree (re)appointment officer to the ARUMIL

ORANJESTAD - On Wednesday, April 17, First Lieutenant of the Marines of Aruba, José Lourenço Teixeira, received the Royal Decree by which he was (re)appointed as an officer in the ARUMIL from the Governor of Aruba, His Excellency Alfonso Boekhoudt.

Mr Teixeira was honorably discharged in November 2015 after 10 years of employment. He has been called up again to the position of Troop Commander.

The presentation of this Royal Decree took place at the Cabinet of the Governor in the presence of the Commander of the Marine Barracks Savaneta, Tim van Wijk.
