Financial Assistance for People with Disabilities Increases by AWG. 100,00 per Month
ORANJESTAD – The Ministry of Public Health, Social Affairs, Senior Care, and Addiction Care announces that the Government of Aruba has approved an increase of AWG. 100.00 per month for financial assistance for individuals with disabilities (disability benefits), effective August 1, 2026.
With this increase, the monthly benefit amount will total AWG 1,180.00 in gross. The new amount will take effect starting with the August 2026 disbursement.
This decision reflects the Ministry’s focus on promoting well-being and inclusion, with a strong emphasis on supporting people with disabilities.
