Department of Labor and Research (DAO) Announces Updates on Phone Accessibility and 'Tienda Legal Laboral' Services
ORANJESTAD, Aruba - The Department of Labor and Research (DAO) informs the general public, particularly employees and employers, about updates regarding phone accessibility and the continuation of services at its new locations.
Phone Availability and Workbook Pickup
Starting Monday, July 13, the Department of of Labor and Research (DAO) can be reached by phone at 523-7720 during the following hours:
- Morning: 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM
- Afternoon: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Clients can pick up their workbook free of charge at our temporary location in the Departamento di Progreso Laboral (DPL) building at Engelandstraat 33:
- Morning: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
- Afternoon: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Services of the Tienda Legal Laboral (Labor Legal Legal Advice Office - TLL)
As previously announced, the Conflict and Dismissal Department has relocated to the innovative 'Tienda Legal Laboral' (TLL) project, which focuses on prevention and labor law consultation. To be closer to the community, TLL staff will offer their services and intake sessions at the following strategic locations:
- MFA Savaneta (Savaneta 121-F) – Phone: 523-7770 (available until 4:15 PM)
- MFA Paradera (Paradera 145-C) – Phone: 523-7750 (available until 4:15 PM)
