ORANJESTAD — As reported, on Monday, August 10, 2026, an earthquake was registered in Chocó, in western Colombia, affecting cities including Manizales, Pereira, and Cali.

In light of this situation, residents of Aruba holding Dutch nationality who are currently in the areas impacted by the earthquake are requested to register immediately with the Information Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to facilitate assistance in the event of an emergency.
