Aruba gathers an international delegation of more than 80 participants during AGTC 2026

ORANJESTAD – The Aruba Tourism Authority (A.T.A.), in collaboration with the Aruba Hotel and Tourism Association (AHATA), is proud to announce that the Aruba Global Travel Conference (AGTC) will take place from September 14 to 18, 2026.

Every two years, the conference brings together key partners within the international tourism industry to exchange knowledge, strengthen trade relations, and highlight the latest developments in Aruba and the broader tourism sector.

AGTC was born from the combined efforts of conferences previously organized by A.T.A. for different regional markets. By uniting representatives from North America, Latin America, and Europe onto a single platform, the event enables international partners and local stakeholders to connect, collaborate, and continue positioning Aruba strategically.

This year's edition features 81 international participants from North America, Latin America, and Europe, including tour operators, airlines, and other tourism professionals. Alongside local stakeholders, attendees will participate in a program focused on information exchange, collaboration, and first-hand destination experiences.

AGTC serves as a vital platform where A.T.A. and local industry stakeholders meet with key trade partners to share updates about Aruba, discuss tourism trends, and strengthen ties with those who promote the destination internationally. The conference also fosters direct engagement between international and local partners through targeted marketplace sessions and networking activities.

During AGTC 2026, participants will have the opportunity to experience firsthand the developments that have taken place in Aruba over recent years. In addition to hotel site visits, the program highlights new experiences, major renovations, and innovations across Aruba's tourism offering, ensuring international partners keep their destination knowledge up to date.

"AGTC is more than a conference. It is a space where we can connect with our main markets, share our priorities, and strengthen strategic alliances with partners who play a vital role for Aruba," said Ronella Croes, CEO of A.T.A.

A.T.A. expresses its gratitude to AHATA and all local partners who contributed to the realization of AGTC 2026, and looks forward to strengthening existing relationships, creating new connections, and providing a valuable experience for all attendees. Together, the island continues to position itself as a high-value destination recognized for its hospitality, quality, and memorable visitor experiences, with a continued emphasis on key topics such as responsible tourism.
