Aruba Conservation Foundation and ATA signed an MoU during the Common Good Conference.

ORANJESTAD—During the Common Good conference on Friday, another MoU was signed to bolster the movement for the common good. 

This agreement enhances cooperation within neighborhoods and promotes development with a focus on caring for nature.

During the significant moment of signing, as part of the Common Good Conference, in the presence of Prime Minister Mike Eman and Minister of Tourism Wendrick Cicilia, Natasha Silva of the Aruba Conservation Foundation and Ronella Croes of the Aruba Tourism Authority signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to continue and strengthen cooperation in our neighborhoods.

This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is part of Aruba's ongoing efforts to enhance community collaboration, focusing on inclusive development that considers the environment. The agreement confirms a mutual commitment to collaborate for the benefit of neighborhoods, tourism, and the environment. With this signing, the partnership among the key stakeholders is formalized, establishing a strong framework to align tourism development with the preservation and protection of our natural resources. Ensuring that economic progress and environmental responsibility go hand in hand is a concrete step.
