2026 Leasehold Land Tax (Erfpacht) Announced: Payments Now Open via Tax Department
ORANJESTAD — The Department of Infrastructure and Planning (DIP) has just announced the leasehold land tax (erfpacht) collection for 2026.
The Tax Department (Belastingdienst) has received the data for this collection from the DIP and is now ready to collect the 2026 leasehold fees. The official start date for collection is October 30, 2026, with the final payment due on November 13, 2026. Leaseholders can make their payments at any Tax Department office or online through their bank.
Payment Plans If you are unable to make your payment on time, it is recommended that you arrange a payment plan as soon as possible. To do this, log in to the BOi portal and follow these steps:
- Click on the " Betalingsregeling beheren"(Manage Payment Plans) folder.
- Next, click on " Betalingsregeling aanmaken"(Create Payment Plan).
- Select the debts to be included in the plan and follow the on-screen instructions. (Tip: To view an overview of your outstanding debts, click on "View Account Overview".)
