INVITATION TO PUBLIC TENDER

The Country of Aruba is requesting bids from interested parties for the provision of the following project:

The Replacing BSO-ICT-Equipment in accordance with the “ToR – BSO, number 1, year of service 2025”.

Short description of the work:
The replacing of ICT-equipment for the “Bureau Sostenemi” (BSO) aims to enhance the IT-services offered by the DIA and therefore to subsequently enhance the service of BSO to the public.

Execution term:
10 weeks from the start of the project.

Terms of Reference:
The Terms of Reference (ToR) is available as of August 27th, 2025 at the office of the “Bureau Sostenemi” (BSO), located at Tanki Flip 53-A, Oranjestad, Aruba.

Any query in connection with this invitation to tender may be directed in writing by indicating Replacing BSO-ICT-Equipment, no later than September 17th, 2025 at 12:00 pm, to:

The pre-bid conference will take place at the office of BSO on September 17th, 2025 at 2:00 pm.
The summary of changes will be furnished in writing on September 22nd, 2025 to all applicants.

Submission of bids:
The original authenticated bid form enclosed with the ToR should be used to make a bid. The completed and signed original bid form as well as an extensive offer including three (3) hardcopies of all necessary forms should reach the DIA office located at L.G. Smith Boulevard 34, Oranjestad, Aruba no later than 10:00 am (Aruban time) on October 8th, 2025. Bids can be submitted in either Dutch or English.

Public tender:
The public tender will take place on October 8th, 2025 at 10:00 am (Aruban time) at the office of DIA located at L.G. Smith Boulevard 34, Oranjestad, Aruba. The “Comptabiliteitsverordening 1989 - AB 1989 no. 72” is applicable on this tender.

Requirements:
Bid should be made on the authenticated bid form enclosed with the ToR.
The following requirements should be submitted with the bid:

  1. Certificate of registration issued by the Chamber of Commerce;
  2. Other requirements as stated in the ToR.

Validity term of bid:
All bids must remain valid for a minimum period of ninety (90) days from the deadline date of submission.
