OPENBARE AANBESTEDING

The Country of Aruba is requesting bids from interested parties for the provision of the following project:

The Replacing DVR-ICT-Equipment in accordance with the “ToR – DVR, number 1, year of service 2025”.

Short description of the work:
The replacing of ICT-equipment for the DVR department aims to enhance the IT-services offered by the DIA to enhance the service of DVR to the public.

Execution term:
10 weeks from the start of the project.

Terms of Reference:
The Terms of Reference (ToR) is available as of the June 17th, 2025 at the office of the “Directie Voogdijraad” (DVR), located at Avenida Milio J. Croes 112, Oranjestad, Aruba.

Any query in connection with this invitation to tender may be directed in writing by indicating Replacing DVR-ICT-Equipment, no later than the July 3rd, 2025 at 10:00 am, to:

The pre-bid conference will take place at the office of DVR on the July 3rd, 2025 at 10:00 am.
The summary of changes will be furnished in writing on the July 8th, 2025 to all applicants.

Submission of bids:
The original authenticated bid form enclosed with the ToR should be used to make a bid. The completed and signed original bid form as well as an extensive offer including three (3) copies of all necessary forms should reach the DVR office no later than 10:00 am (Aruban time) on the August 15th, 2025. Bids can be submitted in either Dutch or English.

Public tender:
The public tender will take place on the August 15th, 2025 at 10:00 am (Aruban time) at the office of DVR located at Avenida Milio J. Croes 112, Oranjestad, Aruba. The “Comptabiliteitsverordening 1989 - AB 1989 no. 72” is applicable on this tender.

Requirements:
Bid should be made on the authenticated bid form enclosed with the ToR.

The following requirements should be submitted with the bid:

  1. Certificate of registration issued by the Chamber of Commerce;
  2. Declaration of willingness by a recognized bank for a bank guarantee;
  3. Other requirements as stated in the ToR.

Validity term of bid:
All bids must remain valid for a minimum period of ninety (90) days from the deadline date of submission.
