The Country of Aruba is requesting bids from interested parties for the provision of the following project:
The Acquiring Network and Internet access components for government departments in accordance with the “ToR – DIA, number 1, year of service 2025”.
Short description of the work:
The acquiring of ICT-equipment for government departments aims to enhance the IT services offered by the Directorate for Information management and Automation (In Dutch: Directie Informatievoorziening en Automatisering (DIA)) to the Aruban government departments, enhance the service of the department to the public.
Execution term:
8 weeks from the start of the project.
Terms of Reference:
The Terms of Reference (ToR is available as of the 20th May, 2025 at the office of the “Directie informatievoorziening en Automatisering” (DIA), located at the L.G. Smith Boulevard 34, Oranjestad, Aruba.

The pre-bid conference will take place at the office of DIA on the 5th June, 2025 at 10:00 am.
The summary of changes will be laid down on the 10th June, 2025 and will be furnished in writing on the 11th June, 2025 to all applicants.
Submission of bids:
The original authenticated bid form enclosed with the ToR should be used to make a bid. The completed and signed original bid form as well as an extensive offer including three (3) copies of all necessary forms should reach the DIA office no later than 10:00 am (Aruban time) on the 2nd July, 2025. Bids can be submitted in either Dutch or English.
Public tender:
The public tender will take place on the 2nd July, 2025 at 10:00 am at the office of DIA located at L.G. Smith Boulevard 34, Oranjestad, Aruba. The “Comptabiliteitsverordening 1989 - AB 1989 no. 72” is applicable on this tender.
Requirements:
Bid should be made on the authenticated bid form enclosed with the ToR.
The following requirements should be submitted with the bid:
- Certificate of registration issued by the Chamber of Commerce;
- Declaration of willingness by a recognized bank for a bank guarantee;
- Other requirements as stated in the ToR.
Validity term of bid:
All bids must remain valid for a minimum period of ninety (90) days from the deadline date of submission.
